Originally from the U.S., Leah Janeczko has lived in Italy since 1991 and for over 25 years has worked as an Italian-to-English translator of fiction for readers of all ages.
Her recent translations have been praised by The Times, author Phillip Pullman, The New York Times, the Italian Prose in Translation Awards, The Guardian, and author and BookTrust president Michael Morpurgo.
Leah also offers various creative services to authors and companies, and writes song lyrics for Italian rock bands.
